Newly renovated apartment in a recently built building, located on the 9th floor with an elevator. Very close to the pedestrian area and bus station. Safe and always lit area, served by numerous shops, bars, restaurants and supermarkets. The apartment is 35 m², the double bed with city view towards the northern mountains, the living area with sofa bed and Smart TV, compact but equipped kitchenette and personal bathroom.

Francesk was an amazing host, he met us when we arrived and showed us the apartment. his English is superb, he is very friendly, incredibly responsive and helped us out when we needed it.
The apartment is compact, beautiful, clean and has everything we needed. The kitchen is quite small, with only 2 burners to cook. That said, there are so many great places to go out that are so reasonable you don't need to cook.The main walking street is just a few minutes away and it is full of great cafes and restaurants.
We would highly recommend staying here when you visit Shkoder.

Anyone who comes to Shkoder must stay here! Location is perfect with a 5min walk to the centre. Check in is super easy with photos and clear instructions. Kitchen was simple but had everything you need. Host is super friendly and attentive. Gave us information about parking in nearby streets, restaurant recommendations. Our hot water wasn’t working, messaged francesk and he came within 10minutes and fixed it. And as an added bonus, you get amazing views of Shkoder surrounded by mountains from this place!

The location is perfectly central because we were able to easily walk to the bus station, pick-up points, restaurants and more within 5 minutes+. We were also able to get some work done as well with the fast internet speed (over 100mbps).
Françesk was extremely responsive and let us check in early and check out a little later. He also helped us book a day tour to Komani Lake for 42 euros per person the day before, which we greatly appreciated because the tours online were extremely overpriced. Would highly recommend staying here :)

Great place to stay when you’re in Skhoder! Very central and lots of things to do. The apartment itself is very nice; ac, comfy bed, hot shower and washing machine. Recommended!
